Josey did his best to help us out there, but that dude from Major League II made a sweet play at first.

 

The pickle and cheese sammich can do a lot, but it can't make Wes Helms hit right-handers.

BTW, did anybody else see Perez angrily cursing at some fans above the Dodgers' dugout? Seemed pretty vicious.

Well, he grounds out...

 

Still, the wind's blowing in about 11 MPH. There are about a half-dozen balls that have gone to about the warning track or beyond. The Crew just missed at least three homers, I think.

 

They're hitting the ball hard. It's just getting caught.

and along those lines, Spivey driving the ball well lately. Hall's made solid contact twice in the last few days, only to come up about 10 feet short both times. Now just to get that sweet spot of the bat on it

Yeah... our guys are getting good wood on the ball.

 

The fact it's going right at fielders isn't Butch Wynegar's fault or anyone's fault.

 

This inning... it's just a matter of stuff evening out. Maybe next week, the hard-hit balls go over the fence or off it for extra bases.
