? It's possible that Tony Gwynn Jr. could go to Nashville to replace Krynzel. Tony Sr. seems feel that AA is a good fit for his son right now, but says he's 'thrilled' to hear of a possible promotion. Mark was able to specifically mention Tony's BA and OBP.

 

? The Brewers could easily be 5 to 7 games over .500.

 

? There's no reason that the Brewers shouldn't be able to compete with a $50-60 million payroll.

 

? It's important to sign and keep players who want to be in Milwaukee. Mark specifically mentioned Sheets, Jenkins, and Overbay.

 

? The Brewers discussed bringing up Fielder to DH in interleague play but resisted the temptation. The Krynzel promotion now makes that possibility unlikely.
