In what was to be a rematch of Sheets/Suppan, Wes Obermuller gets the nod as Brewer ace Ben Sheets recovers from an inner ear infection. Sheets is scheduled to go on Saturday 4/30 when the Crew plays host to the Reds.

Last time Suppan faced the Crew was in Milwaukee where he absolutely dominated the Crew going 8 1/3 scorless innings scattering 5 hits while walking 2 and fanning 3.

Long reliever Wes Obbermuller's last start was September 25th where he faced Houston and allowed 6 hits and no runs.
