OK. I'm going to say it. Sheets might win 10-12 games in the second half. Except for Delgado's homer, the guy has straight overmatched every Marlins hitter.

Seriously that 6 weeks Sheets missed means that the guy should be a lot fresher through the dog days of August and Sept...then I really expect him to dominate.

Despite Brady Clark's best efforts to ground to short stop and get Durrington tagged at home, WE STILL SCORED due to a dropped ball by the catcher.

You gotta wonder if his throwing hand was effected by Ben Sheets ticking that bunt attempt into LoDuca's forearm.

edit: what I mean is LoDuca's throwing arm is his bare hand. LoDuca's bare hand was the hand that dropped that ball when trying to tag out Durrington at home.

So in summary, Sheets moved the runner, damaged the catcher who dropped the ball, and K'd 9, gave up only two runs on a lucky dinger, and commanded the game from the fourth inning on.

-I used to have a neat-o signature, but it got erased.

He went to Crystal Lake South HS in Lake In The Hills, Illinois. There is a lot of coverage of him on McHenryCountySports.com.

Okay, so it wasn't quite my high school, but one of the other ones here.
