Good job Ned pinching Ohka... I was scared he would leave the guy in. Our bullpen is so rested. They must hold a two run lead over the last 3 innings.

And let's score another run.

The young guys are leading the way. BRILLIANT.

33,000+ in the house tonight. I didn't know the c'mon back club was so popular.

Watching the past two games, I'd like to know how in the heck Florida is in the hunt.

They've under performed this year, IMO.

Last night we were looking at the lineup and noting all the healthy looking Marlin batting averages. And they have these highly touted arms. We wondered the same thing - why are they struggling for the WC?

Remember: the Brewers never panic like you do.

It's amazing what a little plate discipline will do for you. If the Marlins are smart they will bring in some bum from AA to smoke us tomorrow and avoid the sweep. How sweet it would be to go .500 on the sweep?

You just know the Brewers are going to lay an egg tomorrow. They beat Beckett and Burnett but they'll get shut out by Valdez. Prove me wrong Brewers!

Can you imagine the buzz in the air if the Brewers are .500 with Sheets pitching against the Braves Friday night?

6-4 the rest of the way gets Milwaukee to 69-68. I dont think Philly has the starting pitching to run away with anything. They could easily go 5-7 as they play the next 12 on the road. Houston might falter as well as they finish up in LA and then have to face the red hot hitting Reds followed by the Cardinals. This pack could tighten a lot especially if Milw can have a monsterous homestand.

Believe!

Why would Magruder bat in front of Branyan. This is really confusing. Ned seems to be improving, but he still leaves me head scratching. Branyan was our best chance to score runs (the long ball). And also if we needed some emergency outfielder Mags could have been defensive replacement. Heck he probably should have been ANYWAY with a two run lead.

And we had two third baseman on the bench. So to pinch hit with one and have a spare in case of emergency would have been the right thing to do.

So, all in all, Ned got that decision wrong on EVERY angle.

But it did not matter.

And I am quite happy with all Ned's other decisions. But he sure gets some obvious ones wrong. It shows me he still has underlying favourtism going at the expense of the other players and the teams record.

(just my opinion)

On to FIVE HUNDRED.
