Rubber game of the 3-game series as the Brewers try to get back to even in the win/loss columns.

Milwaukee (72-73) is 20 games back in the NL Central, 5.5 back in the NL wild card race. Arizona (66-80) is 6.5 back in the NL West, 12 games back in the NL wild card. Milwaukee is 7-5 so far in September, while Arizona is 5-6. Arizona is playing worse at home than on the road with a record of 30-41 at the BOB this season. Milwaukee is 33-41 on the road. The Brewers have a winning record against the NL West at 16-15, while the Diamondbacks are 17-21 against the NL Central. Interestingly, both teams have winning records in day games: Milwaukee 28-23, Arizona 21-17.

Weeks out of the lineup. I really hope Weeks' thumb is having a large effect on Rickie's hitting because he looked flat terrible at the plate last night. He has regressed this season, I hope it's the thumb because if Rickie hits like he has the past couple months next year we're in trouble. Damn you Butch Wynegar. http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/wink.gif
