Doug Davis is now 4th on the single-season strikeout list with 193, behind Higuera (207 and 240), and Sheets (264).

 

Ben Sheets moved into 3rd all-time on the strikeout list, with 826, trailing Slaton (929) and Higuera (1081). He's also in 10th place all-time in games started, with 149.
