Final: Arizona Padres 8, Arizona Brewers 2

Brewers draw five walks, but strike out 14 times; encouraging three-inning stint for Rolando Pascual; catcher Brett Whiteside in left field, keeping his bat in the lineup -- Arizona, like Helena, not overflowing with true outfielders; four batters listed as catchers in the lineup, in fact, including first baseman Isaac Palencia and DH Ulrich Snijders; second baseman Jovanny Felix has been a real adventure defensively...

In progress: Brevard County 1, Palm Beach 0, bottom of the 3rd at Palm Beach

Small crowd on a nice Florida evening, Cardinal broadcaster sounds like a young man, doing OK -- I'm enjoying all the "Wah-pepper"'s; I missed his email addy earlier, if you hear him give it again, drop a note letting him know you're following the Manatees via Brewerfan.net...
