I know there's quite a few of you out there who wish to remain unknown, and of those people, some of you are perhaps people "in the know".

 

I'm desperately looking for the looseleaf binder known as "The Official Professional Baseball Rules Book". Basically, it details the ins and outs of baseball transactions, and acts as a guide to GM's and the front office. This is different from the "Official Baseball Rule Book", which describes the rules of on-the-field play.

 

If anyone out there can help me acquire this book, I would be very grateful.
