2004 Brewerfan Fanfest

Hi guys!! Jeanette here! We purchased the tickets for the Beloit game, but have to wait to see about the Milwaukee game. As of right now, I would have to say we wouldn't make it to Milwaukee but who knows what tomorrow brings!

Have a wonderful night!

BrewCrewKid,

Yes, you're correct. We just all meet for tailgating before the game, and then buy tickets in the same section on the way in. The Beloit game is pre-pay, because it's a package deal provided by the Snappers.

BlazinWings,

Be looking forward to seeing you, Jeanette and the young-ins!!

  • 2 weeks later...

Well, less than a week to go! So far, it looks like we're having a relatively decent turn out, but i'd like to see some more people come out... especially some new faces (and there are many of ya!)

Just some reminders:

- The Milwaukee game is more of a freeform bring your own food and drinks thing before tailgating. Bringing your own grill is encouraged, although usually there are enough grills to go around (so don't feel that you need to buy one or anything). While i'd like to know in advance who's all coming, if you'd like to make this a last minute thing to do if you've got nothing else to do on Saturday, that's great as well.

- The Beloit game is catered, and therefore costs something up front ($13.25 per person). That DOES include a ticket, beer soda and food (an hour and a half before the game, all you can handle), and a discount on Snappers merchandise from the pro shop. For this one, I need to know ahead of time if you're coming (since I have to pass the info on to the Snappers front office), but you can feel free to pay me Sunday if that makes it easier on ya.

Looking forward to seeing you all! We'll post some more meeting details in this thread as the weekend draws closer.

I wouldn't mind riding the bike down Saturday and meeting the people who provide me with all this great information.

I was a lurker for a year, but now try to post with more regularity. Friends and family would ask me about the Brewers and the farm teams and I would just regurgitate some info from here. They thought I was a genius. So, I better go pay homage to those you really do the work. Plus the wife will be at a bead making class.

Can't make the Snappers game, a little for too bike.

When & Where for this coming Saturday at the Keg? I too will bring some homemade Brew down. I am pretty new, and I got a crappy batch I need to get rid of.http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/wink.gif On second thought might be tough carrying the cooler on the bike.
