ESPN is banning posters

Something to think about when posting references and links about this site at ESPN.

a regular poster who had posted on ESPN for about 3-4 years was banned today by ESPN for posting the same message on several (about 10 boards) ESPN baseball team forums about forming his own baseball forum for posters to talk on. My guess is either somebody turned him in as spamming the new ESPN forums, or ESPN is taking a harder look at messages soliciting people and banning the originator of the message. I don't know the real reason he was banned. I only know he only had about 10-15 messages posted which were all the same inviting people to post on his newly established major league forum. and within a day of posting those messages, he was banned.

like I said, it's food for thought.

i would reccomend to all brewerfan posters when posting at ESPN to make your posts informative and then provide a link to the story rather than being solicitive in nature.
