Hi guys, with the Fall League starting up, I wanted to know if the site was going to go ahead with the plan to begin developing scouting reports on all minor leaguers. I can't remember who proposed it, but since I work in the league I should see a number of players play, along with get to know quite a few of them. should I keep a little journal with what I see?
