Book Reviews

I've had this idea for a while and figured I might as well throw it out on the table. (And yes, I do realize that Brian has enough on his plate already)

It seems like a couple times a year, we get a thread asking for people to recommend books about baseball to read. So, I got the idea that it might be kinda convenient to make a feature of the website where people could recommend and review baseball books.

And, each recommendation could have a link to the book on Amazon.com so that Brewerfan could get a percentage of any of the books that are purchased.

Just wondering what other people thought.

Not a bad idea. In the meantime, we always encourage people to write feature stories for the homepage, so if there is a book you feel particularly strong about, you could always write a review. Similar to the Hall of Fame trials, the story would be discussed on the forums, and within that story you could provide a link to Amazon.com where people could purchase it.

So, while it may not have it's own section, it could draw substantial interest/discussion, and would always be archived within the pages of this site.
