Does anyone know what time I need to show up at the ballpark to see Aaron Judge's batting practice?

Thanks!

Mike

Have not been to a game this year, but typically the ballpark does not open early enough to catch much of BP if any.  In the past, even when I've gone in right when the gates open, you just catch the very tail end of BP most times and sometimes it's completely done.

Gates open 90 minutes prior to the game time.

Last year after one of my burn treatments we went to the "Restaurant to be named Later" around noon-ish.

By around 1, Yelich had showed up to take early batting practice.  I think the asst batting coach was in the outfield catching balls and I yelled "Throw to the guy with the burned hands!"

he smiled and tossed me one and I now have a Yelich batting practice ball.  Good times during a crap part of my life.

Questions are a burden.   And answers a prison for one's self.

You mean this guy? Probably a "fake news" Twitter thing, but how great would Judge look in our lineup ?

Edit: Looked at article, and they asked him if he'd like to play in Milwaukee, and he did the "We'll talk about that at the end of the year" generic quote, then they discussed Boston and he said the "They're some of the greatest fans" quote. Pure click-bait Twitter at its best.

"The most successful (people) know that performance over the long haul is what counts. If you can seize the day, great. But never forget that there are days yet to come."

Last week, on the radio, the announcers were mentioning that Judge was asking questions about the Brewers, their leadership, culture, etc.

You never know, I guess.  There'd probably be mass suicide amongst Cards fans.

Who should be the MVP this year, Ohtani...or apparently Brewers to be Aaron Judge?

I'm throwing out WAR on this one as it does a woefully inadequate job of really valuing Ohtani IMO...but Judge is also having one of the 20-25 greatest offensive seasons of all time.

Side note...I did NOT know it was easier to hit a HR in the Angels Stadium than in the Yankees?

Think I'm going Ohtani because a top 8 hitter and a top 8 pitcher is just more valuable than the #1 hitter...but we all know storylines play a huge role in MVP voting. And now that WAR is given more weight, we find the guy who isn't appropriately judged by WAR because he broke the system.

I wish they both could get it, but I feel like Ohtani has to get it for the reasons you said. It's just crazy that Judge has 19 more HR than anyone else in the MLB and he's doing it in a park that isn't super HR friendly for RHH.

That would probably be fair. It's too bad the Angels are just SOOO utterly hapless...beyond finding a once in a generation and a once in a lifetime talent.

Judge has been so impressive in his ability to stay patient,

Still, I'm suspicious.

Their scouting director...Oppenheimer.

They scout Aaron Judge. Oppenheimer...Judge's name starts with an A? Just saying...connect the Dots people. Robert clearly cloned himself multiple times over...the latest version spent a little while in the Milwaukee Brewers organization, to keep his cover, but all the while in the lab trying to manufacture the perfect Baseball player to HIT Bombs?

Open your eyes Sheeple...

Stealing this thread to talk about Aaron Judge's chase for 61.

I know there's the usual Yankee biases going on with Judge, but I'm loving the excitement in the baseball community over the last few days. Baseball is such a local/regional sport that I find myself wishing for more moments to unite us all together. Judge seems like a good guy and there's something especially impressive about him having the greatest "contract year" season of all time. I'll be following him tonight :)
