Well Stearns, your trade looks to be more and more disastrous each and every game.  Along with player trust, the pitching formulae to win is gone. The trade looks like it also meant that Council has to learn how to win differently because he's lost the culture of the team as well as the pitching formula to win. He must now learn to manufacture runs, play some small ball, and ask players to do things like bunt. He doesn't know how to do those things, or he is so stubborn about playing that way, thus he's losing games he should win. It has become obvious Williams is NOT ready to be a closer. Not that he doesn't have the stuff, but he doesn't have the mental fortitude or nerves like Hader has.  The blood of not making the playoffs is on your hands Stearns. Let's see if you have the courage to be accountable for it, or the wherewithal to correct it. I doubt it. Your Harvard degree means nothing when it comes to common sense baseball.  Greg
