No more football talk here at all?!

speaking of rebeling , brian went out of his way to get rid of trolls from ESPN by creating his own site. if brian had just contacted ESPN and became an ESPN moderator, and banned several ESPN posters, this site might never have been created.

it's human nature to rebel and not follow orders or suggestions from those in charge. how many times do you talk in class after your teachers say NO TALKING? You may respect and love your teacher, but you are still going to talk. and some of us like to talk out of turn. we know it annoys the heck out of our teacher, but we still do it out of our affection for that teacher and also for the attention we receive in doing so.

Evven when we know what's right, and the person isn't asking for much, we still rebel. My wife told me that 6 boxes of girl scout cookies was plenty. So i went out and secretly bought 10 more boxes and hid them. I'm eating a thin mint as i type and have several boxes secretly tucked away.

Unless it's a thin mint, when you try to force something down a person's throat, they will resist Should i insert the giving the dog his medicine analogy? lambau leap may be good for us, but that doesn't mean we want it.

those thin mints sure go fast especially when i don't have to share them.

Hardies and McDonalds are located right next to each other. hardies is the new burger joint in town. I've been to a hardies before. i know what their food tastes like. it only takes me one minute more to go to hardies.

but i prefer going ot Mc Donalds. I like their menu and their service. Don't try to force me to go to hardies and eat their food just because they are the new web site in town. I took a look, and I prefer McDonalds.

That analogy isn't very accurate, unless Hardies was owned by McDonalds.

Rules rules rules. locking football threads and forcing people to talk football at lambaue lep is like your wife and/or mother forcing you to go on a diet! yes mother, if you say we must go to lambeau leap to talk football or be grounded for life, i guess we'll have to go to lambaeu leap to talk football.

Small time rebeling won't cause the establishment to change. Infact, more times than not, the establishment clamps down on it's beliefs with an even stronger conviction.

So what you are saying is that you are doing this so you can get attention from Brian?

So you believe in rebeling out of spite?
