Did we really have to essentially give away these few games when both Adames and Renfroe are ready.

Classic brewers. Over-cautious. I understand it over the course of 162 games but when you can’t hit at all maybe you accelerate your normal tendencies.

I'm past the point of ever hoping that Christian Yelich will ever be useful again. He's not a good baseball player, and we're stuck with him and his expensive contract for a long time. That's the reality of it.

Pretty sure I have I accepted the same. I will not say that I wouldn't have signed him , I was so happy that we did. Now that contract will be a albatross around our neck , Yankees or Dodgers can afford that mistake , unfortunately we cannot !

Is Renfroe ready? Yesterday when Counsell said the plan was to activate Adames on Tuesday, and that Urias wouldn’t be going on the IL(at least right now), he didn’t mention Renfroe. Does he still need a few more weeks?

Note: If I raise something as a POSSIBILITY that does not mean that I EXPECT it to happen.

Yelich has no clue right now ! Kinda like cc who keeps hitting him in the three spot ! Yelich looks like he is too upright in his stance !

Watching his last at bat he looks like an old man who can't bend over anymore. And this is just year 1 of his contact extension. 6 more years at 26 mil after this one.

I was hoping his issues were mental but I'm beginning to think it's his chronic back problems.

I thought he was ready but could be wrong.

He should retire and we should collect on the insurance which I am pretty certain is taken out on contracts this big.

Renfroe said early in the week that he would be ready and he was on the field hitting and doing some running in the outfield. But apparently there are still issues.

Dude's not gonna walk away from 130+ million dollars.

I would never expect him to but his back would be ending his career. I think Fielder retired with an injury and he collected his money and the team was reimbursed from an insurance policy.

If Yelich and the coaches haven’t figured it out yet after two and a half years, there’s no reason for any of us to believe they ever will.

Yeah but have you seen the exit velocity on his ground balls.

Well, this year is another wasted year of good pitching. This team has very little chance of winning in the post-season. I realize we have a good amount of injuries right now, but I have no faith that they can win against good pitching in the post-season. This series is likely what we see: a lifeless offense.

I really hope Stearns has been watching closely. His team getting smashed at home against a likely playoff opponent missing their superstar SS as well. Outmatched in every sense this weekend.

You beat me by a minute but I couldn't agree more.

The offense was good enough in April and May before this recent injury wave which has removed more than 1/3 of our everyday lineup. I want to see how they play when adames and renfroe return. They have been our two best hitters this season.

We are good because of the starting pitching and back end of the bullpen but so boring with this offense. I don't see how this team is any threat if they even make the playoffs.

Playoffs are still 86% probability even with this losing streak. A lot of it’s injuries, some of it’s not. But let’s be careful not to read too much into the last few games when over a 1/3 of our lineup is out.
