95 wins last year. 1st place this year with one of the best records in the NL this year despite not firing on all cylinders. What’s not good about that. One road trip does not a bad team make.

They play in a God awful division and have beat some terrible teams.  Hey, I love the Brewers but this team just isn’t good IMO.

Okay. Well pretty much all of the evidence suggests you’re wrong.

This has turned into a really humbling trip. 3-5 is not great by itself, but what makes it worse is that 4 of the 5 losses have been  blowouts. And none of the 3 opponents is currently over .500.

The Brewers have been pretty bad in all 3 phases.

Note: If I raise something as a POSSIBILITY that does not mean that I EXPECT it to happen.

We are a decent team that benefits greatly from what seems like half the league trying to out tank each other. The question at this point is whether or not this is a championship caliber team and I don't think it is. I appreciate being a consistent playoff contender but I want to win a World Series.

So do I. And I think some moves are coming that may get us to that level. But, as we saw with the Braves last year, who were a mediocre team for much of the year, just getting to the playoffs gives you a real shot.

Cain needs to sit in favor of Taylor/Turang/Dahl. This is getting ridiculous. He’s OPSing less than 500 and we’re almost to Memorial Day.

I expect Cain to be the primary center fielder all season which I think is ridiculous.

Has CC EVER had the same lineup and batting order 2 games in a row.. It has to be a bit disconcerting for the players to show up and not know who's playing or when they're batting. I don't care if they've won 21 games, it's been against crappy teams. They might win their Division, but no way they make it to the World Series.

For me it's still to early to really have a feel for how the season will go.

Much will depend on injuries and if Cain can at least hit .230.

The big question is will the starting rotation perform as expected. Pretty mixed results so far.

People said the same thing about the Braves last year and the Nationals before them. It's May. Trades haven't even been made yet. And the Brewers chances of making the playoffs/winning the division are well above eighty percent right now. It's all about getting to the playoffs, and then getting/staying hot once there. Relax.

We are very lucky to be playing in a 2 team division because I agree that we aren't a great team.

Fortunately, there aren't many great teams. There never are. And the best team doesn't always win the World Series

I'd  prefer to think the players are professionals.
