Among the Braves hitters it’s been Dansby Swanson of all people that’s had the most success against Corbin Burnes, going 4-for-5 with 2 home runs in his limited times facing Corbin. Marcell Ozuna and Austin Riley have also previously hit home runs off Burnes.

Andrew McCutchen is a known lefty masher, but that hasn’t been the case to this point against Braves southpaw Max Fried. For his career Cutch is just 2-for-15 (both hits were singles) with 6 strike outs against Fried.

Not just “at Night” anymore.

I'd rather have hits that travel 20 feet.

Yeah, but what is the likelihood of that occurring compared to a hard hit ball? The name of the game is literally to hit the ball hard.

I'm sure this has been discussed, but I was at a minor league game last night. How do the Braves (.223/.297/.391./.688) have a worse offense than the Brewers (.235/.312./411/.723)? It must have something to do with the recent Pirates and Reds series but still.
