Good to see Gott and Boxberger restore some order to the game.

Now let Williams and Hader get an inning in and call it a day.

Because he hasn’t pitched in over a week I’d like to see Hader have a little cushion when he comes in.

Note: If I raise something as a POSSIBILITY that does not mean that I EXPECT it to happen.

Is Hader available. Thought he has some back issue?

I have mixed feelings about sitting Hader down when he hasn’t pitched in over a week. He’s close to (if not beyond) that point where a manager might be putting the ace reliever in just to get some work.

I agree in general but if he's just returning from a minor back issue, no need to press him for no real reason, I think.

Meant to share this earlier, but the 2022 MLB average OPS is almost below the Yuni B mark...

People would love Yuni nowadays, that .261 career batting average is like 30 points over MLB average now.

Yelich is absolutely destroying the ball right now.

This makes me SO HAPPY! I was working & unable to watch most of the game … but I kept checking the box score & was thrilled to see he continues to make progress

If he & Adames remain hot … with Urius back … & Tellez mashing - we aren’t so bad offensively!

I hope Cain can pick it up & I believe Taylor will hit as he gets more at bats … pretty good all around results after 26 games

The concern would be that his next outing comes with a one run lead and he’s wild because of lack of work.

I think something like that happened last year when the Brewers had that stretch in June where they piled up runs against the Rockies, Pirates, and Cubs and Hader didn’t see much action. He followed that up with his worst week of the season against the Mets and Reds.
