New feature: the Brewer Fanatic prospect tracker!

I've been itching to roll this out since the site changeover and I was finally able to do so thanks to the great work by @reillymcshane and his prospect voting.

Take a look and give whatever feedback you have but I have two questions:

1. Should we update the voting on this every month or every two months?

2. Any of you prospect hounds interested in doing the maintenance on this every month? It's a paid role but I can't promise a lot, especially in the early days of working on it. Maybe $20-ish a month with the ability to grow significantly over time (initially, we'll be giving over 100% of our revenue from this back to whomever chooses to maintain it with hopes it can break-even soon and then grow from there).
