Oh my...seeing Gordon Ash's visage in the larger avs several times a day is going to take some getting used to

Firefox and Addblock 4tw! Makes browsing NSBB.com alot easier to swallow.

Yay, a spellcheck!

EDIT: Hey, now I can finally read the sign on JoeHova's avatar.

"Dustin Pedroia doesn't have the strength or bat speed to hit major-league pitching consistently, and he has no power......He probably has a future as a backup infielder if he can stop rolling over to third base and shortstop." Keith Law, 2006

darn, I thought it was always readable. I guess that's because I knew what it said.

anyway, I have the same question as pogo. I'd like to make the pages contain more replies but i don't see an obvious way to do that.

(also, where are the tabs for codes and stuff (I mean bold, italic, quote, font color, etc.)?)

To change the thread size, click on Navigation > settings (in the Account box) > preferences.

And I can also now read your sign http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/smile.gif

And it looks so much better stretched out to fit the window now.

Thanks, team BF.net!

Edit: and now with smaller font, too!

Just a word of advice to the person(s) adjusting the style sheet, it's best not to use point sizes for on-screen fonts. Points are meant for print. Use ems if you want IE users to be able to resize fonts. Use pixels if you want to ensure that everyone sees the same font size no matter what browser they are using. (You could use percentages instead too but those are tricky to work with.)

Yeah, I noticed that about the baseball graphic, too.

Members should note that once Brian gets the skin settled in, we can feed some site-specific CSS to those who want to make personal changes to how they look at the site.

Kristen, I know the ins and outs of adding site-specific CSS within Mozilla browsers and Opera. Can this be done with other browsers, especially IE 7?

And by the way, in the locked thread, I welcomed you and ransom to the board. Since it's locked, I'll welcome you again. And thanks for all the help. :-)

That’s the only thing Chicago’s good for: to tell people where Wisconsin is.

Thanks for the welcome http://static.yuku.com/v2//domainskins/bypass/img/smileys/smile.gif.

I'm not sure exactly what you mean for the CSS? Do you mean you want to add your own personal style sheet to your browser to force it to use that? I haven't really worked with that but I believe pretty much all browsers allow you to do that.

I'd love to get rid of the blue header for all the white posts. It should just be white, like the gray posts.

In the original version I did the header color matched the post color. Someone edited it to add that dark blue color.

Yeah, that's what I meant: stuff like Stylish and userContent.css in Mozilla browsers, site prefs in Opera, etc. I'll ask on one of the Yuku help forums. This won't be relevant for a little while-or maybe it's better to say that it's about eighth on my to-do list. http://static.yuku.com/v2//domainskins/bypass/img/smileys/smile.gif

I just wanted to say I like Yuku thus far.
