Urias apparently left the game with an injury after going from 1st to 3rd on a Severino double.

Dang. I was wondering about that - I saw he was pulled for Turang in the Box. Here's hoping it is a minor tweak and nothing significant.

Erceg's first ever ST action as a pitcher. 1 scoreless. Touched 96-98 on the Heater.

Counsell on Urias' injury, Perdomo's innings, pitching in general. The final score was a 11-0 shellacking of the Rangers:

Lastly, McCutcheon scheduled to take his first AB's and action for the Crew Monday night in Scottsdale vs the Giants and Hader is scheduled for his first inning in that same game.

Keston goes deep!  Didn't hear that often last year.  Hope that's a good sign!

Yes, but it looks like the leg kick is still present.  Maybe it's not as pronounced--and maybe it's the same--but it's still there.  Perhaps he has changed it up enough to better his timing.  (Hey, and now he takes a base on balls!)

@Brock Beauchamp - Is there a way to get the most-recent in-game thread to appear in the general Brewers forum? It used to show up at the top of the general forum on the old site.

Unfortunately, one of the few things this software doesn't have is global posts. I wish it did. Maybe we think about moving the game threads to the Brewers forum permanently?

I think having all the in-game threads moved to the Brewers forum permanently would make it too messy. The only thing would be to have the current game in the main forum for one day and then move it to the In-game thread forum after, but that would be regular manual intervention on your part. I can get used to going to the other forum to air my grievances about how bad the team is at scoring with RISP and less than two outs.

That’s exactly what we do over at Twins Daily, actually. It’s really not difficult, I usually take 30 seconds each morning to move the game thread to the game thread archive forum.

Through 3 games, and I have no reason to believe it wont tranlate to the regular season, I have projections.  If they keep this up, and again I have no reason to believe they wont, the Brewers will finish 109-0-53 with a +756 run differential.  And thats without Mccutcheon or any innings from Woodruff, Burnes, or Hader which will obviously improve those numbers.  Brewer history is about to be made.

I like where your head is at.

On opening Day ST, I thought Kesty’s career might be over. 0-2 w a K? That’s a 50% K rate (!!!). Today, he went 2-2 w a Ding Dong, a BB, and 3 RBI’s. There’s only One thing left to do: I’m going straight to the Vegas online betting portals for an early MVP vote while those odds are in my favor.

Having a leg kick won't necessarily doom hiura. I understand the general concern from the last 2 years though. I would be very interested to see a comparison in his leg kick from 2021-2022. In that BP video it is lower than it has been in game, but I honestly believe both are lower than 2021. He also completed limited the toe tap and there's generally very little noise in his swing aside from the leg kick. He also looks like he put him some serious gym work in the off season. I'm heavily buying into hiura and think he'll be one of our best three hitters this season. I really think we're gonna see a sub 25 percent k rate from him this season.

Can't watch this one because I'm waiting for the free MLB.tv package from T-Mobile... :(

I'm waiting too.  I keep opening my Tuesdays APP to see if they snuck it in even though the "Next Tuesday" section doesn't have anything. I guess their message that it's "on deck" means "just before the season starts".  :(

I read somewhere March 29th is the day it drops on the Tuesdays app.
