So far I really like the new website.

I agree, it's been a rather smooth transition and there's a lot of nice new features that I'm really enjoying (being mobile friendly and taking advantage of the following/stream features are game changers, the in-post improvements when it comes to posting Twitter posts and tables and being able to "like" posts are super nice as well).

Shout out to @Brock Beauchamp and team for all you're doing! Love that you're listening to the community as you fine tune the site. For those that haven't run across it yet, Brock has set up a thread to post suggestions as well:

But I like the idea of keeping this thread as a place to show appreciation as well. Great work all! ??

Hopefully the strict moderation style from BF.net will continue so that the usual issues with internet conversations don't infect this place. No politics, no cussing, etc. The BF mods really worked hard to cull all of that and it definitely worked to the long-term benefit of the community.

The same mods are still in charge of how the forums handle posting and tone. Don't expect much to change in that regard.

Even if I wanted the forums to change, and I don't, the way the forums are managed here is almost identical to what we created over at Twins Daily. It's part of what I found so appealing about this project in the first place; we all see eye-to-eye on how the community is managed and the way it operates.

One issue I've encountered is if I post in a page of a thread I have already posted in, it automatically puts my previous post in, as though I'm quoting myself (which I am not.)  So then I have to delete that before beginning my post.  Once the thread is on to the next page this doesn't seem to happen.  Anybody else have that issue, and/or am I doing something wrong?

Other than that minor thing, I like it so far.

Interesting. I haven't seen this yet. Anyone else having this problem?
