Yeah let's leave this thread for transaction rumors....and all things hot tubs.

Sounds like Freddie Freeman will be a Dodger.

That makes sense as Max Muncy is coming off an elbow injury and might not make it back for the first month or so of the season. So the Dodgers need a stopgap.

Nelson Cruz is apparently deciding where he wants to go today. Dip your toe in the Brewers hot tub, Nelson.

Schwarber is my top choice for a bat but might be unrealistic, after him Rizzo is my 2nd choice, then either Conforto or Cruz. If we can add one more solid bat to this lineup I think we got a real shot this year

I love that sketch so much.

I think the Brewers aren't going to be signing a free agent DH just because the NL just adopted it - they're going to fill that role with in-house players and platoon it and try to strengthen their roster elsewhere. I'd much rather them go out and sign or acquire a legit corner IF with pop that fits in with Rowdy/Urias, not a DH-only bat at this point.

I'll get slammed for this take, but I'm also hoping to see Hiura get a sustained look at being this team's DH at some point this season. Not saying he's done anything to earn that role over the previous 2 seasons on Game 1 and it's his to lose, but DH is tailor made for the 2019 version of his bat.

Nellie signing soon, we’re one of the interested teams.

It almost had me until I saw the dodgers are interested. Sigh.

They’re more focused on Freeman.

I think Cruz and Conforto would be perfect. Cruz would likely just take 1 year, and conforto for maybe 4/40

To get Conforto it's going to cost at least double your maybe price. His agent is borass and he turned down an $18.5M qualifying offer already. Conforto will be out of Stearns' price range by quite a bit. I don't know if the Brewers would be interested in a DH only guy like Cruz. I think they may want Yelich to be a part-time DH to help with his back issues and hope that may help to get him back somewhat to where he was a couple of years ago.

Wong

Adames

Yelich

Cruz

Tellez

Renfroe

Narvaez

Urias

Cain

My god, thats a deep lineup!!

This would be great, I just feel like the lineup needs an impact bat to lengthen the lineup

I will not 'slam' you. BUT, I may tickle you. Kesty boy is lacing them up as we speak. Hitting the cages.
