If they want a developmental edge with crazy physical traits, he's the man.

I think this is exactly what you want here.  Need OLB depth... need more than just an UDFA "just a guy" we've been getting.

Second WR and a athlete OLB would be a good 4th.

Wherefore art thou Romeo

It's a run on 4th round punters!

Ravens taking a punter? Everyone will love it because it's the Ravens

I had him in my Packers draft until the Packers signed O'Donnell.  Stout is not only one of the best punters, he's one of the best kickoff specialists in the game as well.  59 of his 65 kickoffs last season went for touchbacks with only two returned for a total of 28 yards.

Argh... I had Doubs in my early lists but took him out when he didn't run at the combine or pro day.

Players who I'll probably regret leaving out: George Karlaftis, Channing Tindall, Romeo Doubs, Dominique Robinson, Carson Wells

No doubt about it, you crushed it this year. I remember reading that in your write-up. We’ll count it!

Long arms too. Not a good blocker, which they typically value. He definitely fits the size profile for a perimeter WR in this offense.

He is a real vertical field stretcher but also a Special Teams Ace. It’s a really fun pick.

Doubs can return punts right?

Yes:
