Bakh is out. Jaire active.

I really worry about Bakh's future. It's been over a year and he's still having problems.

Agree. I'll still be optimistic as possible. But they got really unlucky with the timing of giving that contract and then this happening. With him being best buds with Rodgers and all the drama with Rodgers, they had to pay him. I know he's a tier above and is LT as opposed to the myriad of other OL they've rightfully let go rather than pay over the years, but you wonder if they'd done the same with him if not for knowing they had to keep Rodgers happy.

Moore not activated. Likely means Cobb or Sullivan on returns.

They have up to 90 minutes before gametime to activate two players off the practice squad. A DL is likely, as they only have 4 on the active roster currently. Perhaps even two if they don't activate Moore.

Color me NOT enthused if this Moore development sticks. He is clearly the team's best Returner. Limited sample, yes. But, man, he was clearly the most natural. I was operating under the assumption he was already on the Active. Bummed.

I'm not all that worried about his future. I think they have to weigh trotting a guy out who probably doesn't have his lungs back in horrible weather on a leg that's not 100%, when they have been doing a nice job without him. I think he'll be fine next year, but remember he did this injury a calendar year ago. Normally when guys have that injury it's midseason and they get some extra time.

I think it's better he is inactive than try and go if his can't. That wastes a roster spot for tonight. Let another healthy guy go.

Yea well said OSS. That all makes sense and I'd agree. Mine probably sounded worse than I meant, by next sept I'm sure he'll be fine. I was more getting into that even if he is fine, he's now an aging player on a torn ACL on a big contract aspects moreso than if he'll ever play well or near his old level again.

That big contract hurts badly with our current situation. I can't imagine they would have made him the highest paid lineman in NFL history if they knew how well we'd get by without him.

Now that's a thought I've had. The Packers in general have been remarkable at churning out OL, so paying one at all that kind of money shocked me. Maybe they saw real value in LT for the next guy, thinking Rodgers's clock was ticking.

Wait, why are we moving Turner to an experiment LT over Yosh in the Divisional Round? Did they not learn from last year's Playoffs?!? To quote Mr. Lombardi: "What the hell is going on out there?!?"

If Turner falters early, at least Yosh is waiting in the wings, and had a ton of time this year. They probably figure Turner may be a little more stout against that front. We'll see.

Yup, that's what I was getting at. I really wonder if they'd have paid him if not for Rodgers situation. Long history of letting OL go and being correct in doing it. And the one time they don't, this happens right after.

Yeah, maybe. I am just going to say it: I am shaken by his last Playoff performance. BUT, tho I am ready for the pain...I'm tossing all the negativity and doubts out the window. Let's see where the chips fall.
