I don't understand Counsell at all this series. You pull Peralta there but have Lauer bunt?

I think Peralta was looking much better yesterday than Lauer does today.

If the Brewers would have scored before Peralta came up to bat he would have stayed in but they didn't so had to pull him to try and get some offense.

He's second-guessing himself ... that's what I see.

Na. He has the lead here. Way different, and a bunting situatuion taboot.

Such a bad strike call for the moment.

I'm fine with that pitch being called a strike. Adames should have swung.

What I'm not fine with is having it be nothing but a random guess today as to whether that pitch will be a ball or strike because there has been zero consistency.

I hated pulling Peralta but I think this was different and the right call. After the 2nd run scored it was a no-brainer.

No multi inning good relief ready to go like they had with Hauser yesterday. Plus, it's an inning earlier. And as OSS said, much different once a run is in.

It's much different than yesterday

Pour Houser still gets confused with the Hauser bros.

I still would have been totally fine with trying to get a 3rd run there and taking Lauer out despite the different circumstances. I don't think he'll go past the 4th anyway, and they have plenty of coverage for this game in an emergency.

Alright, I’m going to slam a whole beer. Drinking a beer for each run scored.

And the rest of us hope you are passed out drunk by the 7th inning stretch!

Let us know if you need someone to make a beer run for you.

I’ve got 14 I think…so if we score 13+ more I may be in trouble.
