Why didn’t Urias advance on that Wild pitch? Was it not really too far from the catcher or was it a miss on his part?

 

Wasn’t that far away and it looked like he didn’t really see how far away it got. Unless he bolted instantly it wasn’t worth running.

I don't think, from his angle, he could see how far it bounced from the C.
