This feels like a 6 to 1 game with Willy going 4 and giving up 4 and the pen giving up 2 more.

I’d certainly agree if we were rolling Willy Peralta. Can’t trust that guy.

Actually Wily pitched pretty good this year.

You guys constantly bash Yelich(likely because of how much $$ he makes, but who cares), and never bash all the other guys in the lineup that continue to swing at horrible pitches. Criticize fine, but be equal about it. But I said it last game, if/until the crew decides to change their philosophy and buy big bats(more than 1) the only way they will ever win a world series is with an incredible amount of luck. The longer they wait while the stud arms are still young, the smaller the window becomes. I'd have thought they would understand this concept, but it appears as of yet they do not, or simply refuse to do it.

How dare someone have different expectations for a guy with a $200mil contract that incredibly limits how much money we have to fill other positions on the team.

Brewer fans keep using this line as an excuse, and it is complete and utter ********. resources are whatever Attanasio decides to spend. If he wanted to spend $200 million on payroll for a year he could. He just chooses not to...that is NOT the same thing as having limited resources.

Wow, what a play! Wish I'd seen it!

Not a whole lot to see, really, so don't feel bad. Yelich caught the fly ball, gunned the runner tagging from first to second (he was out by a mile, not particularly dramatic). Runner from third tagged and would have scored easily, but the out at second looked like it may have happened just before the runner scored.

I'm sure I'll catch the highlights later, but the TV is off because I'm trying to knock out some work before I go on a much needed vacation.

Fans keep using this line because it is 100% correct. You are wrong. Ownership reserves are not unlimited.

Gotta love the guy that has absolutely no concept on how business works.

Well, technically if I wanted to run up a 100k credit card bill, I also could. Doesn't mean I can or should, or that there would not be very serious long-term consequences.

If I wanted to go cash out my 401K and spend it all on drugs I could. I just choose not to.

My God man. Understand that just because someone has the resources for something doesn't mean doing it is actually a realistic allocation of resources.

You keep saying this, but never provide any of the Brewers financial information you have to come to your conclusion or any of the other advanced baseball financial knowledge you have.

Settle the heck down. I don't think anyone is in the mood for this right now.

I watch these games on a stream, but I've seen this ad with Kershaw talking about what he's throwing no less than 400 times in 2 games of this series.

It appears even nationally televised postseason games can’t find a decent variety of advertisements to air. Guess it isn’t just an FSWI thing.

These announcers are a little annoying. They seem more pro-Braves than I'd like.

They are dumb. The announcer just referred to that screaming liner as 60mph off the bat to describe it being hard hit.

Does he not know how hard balls come off the bat? 60mph would be really dang slow.

Yelich hasnt been good at the plate but has any player been on base more so far this series? Yelich has been on 3 times. Adames has been on 3 times as well. Lots to be underwhelmed by so far

I was thinking he hasn't been THAT bad, but that's compared to the rest of the team, not to the Yelich we want, er....need.

Was just thinking the same thing, which is weird for us Braves fans because it's rarely the case for us.

Which is ironic given this is the Turner Broadcasting Station.... Used to be All Braves all the time! ;)
