mertz had Davis wide open on the sideline and puts it over the wrong shoulder and makes him toe tap just to complete an easy, very open, 7 yard out.

Mellusi is not particularly strong on his feet.

The one thing about Taylor is how hard it was to get him off his feet.

Mertz has not played well but he might be surrounded by the worst offensive talent we have had in a long time. That and PC doesn’t understand offensive football.

Special teams is just horrible. Punt returners have no idea when to call a fair catch or let the ball roll. Kickoffs our kicker can barely make it to the goal line.

 

This team is just not that good overall.
