What a season. Just a colossal tip of the cap to Counsell and the coaching staff for righting the ship after that fairly unimpressive Start. 30 games over 0.500 is almost hard to believe. It was such a shame for Avi to experience that botched fly-ball in Milwaukee. That series was ours but for one freakish play at the Warning Track. Feels real real good to be up 3-0 with a chance at a Sweep tomorrow.

 

Excited to be here and 'On Board' at this stage. Been reading this forum for yearssss and think I probably owe Mass Hass some tip monies for his work in the Minor League threads.

Not really sure what Yaz was doing taking a changeup belt high with 2 strikes. But will take it a 0 from Norris.

 

Edit. Fun moment. We're tied 2-2 top 7. Dodgers tied 2-2 top 7. Believe LA could take first from SF on a w/l.

 

Yes, the Dodgers win puts them a half game up on the Giants. The Giants 5 game division lead on August 13 disappeared in less than 3 weeks.

Note: If I raise something as a POSSIBILITY that does not mean that I EXPECT it to happen.

The last time the Brewers had a division lead as small as five games was way back on July 16th at which point their Division Odds were 85.3%.

 

Not all leads are created equally.
