These injuries are not ideal in the slightest, but if they are going to happen, not a terrible time at all. Hopefully Adames is the same as Escobar and Peralta on the minor side...shut these guys down for a few weeks and then get them back fresh and ramped up right before the playoffs.

I remember Wily getting a visit from the training staff on a double a few weeks ag, I think? And then left a game where the Crew was up big in Pittsburgh, maybe?

 

Just seems like he's got something he's playing through, and I'm guessing it's one of those littlle risk of long-term damage things. Just try to manage with rest.

I have. In fact, of all of the sports I played, running bases was the only time I ever pulled a hamstring and it happened than once.
