Seems silly to waste Taylor in that ab there. We don't have anybody else to take a pinch ab in the third inning??

Taylor hasn't exactly been lighting it up lately. With JBJ and um, Yelich in the lineup, really no one else to waste an AB there.

Hate to say it, but I would’ve considered leaving Taylor in the game and putting Strickland into the lineup in Yelich’s spot.

Saurez has 22 home runs and an OPS of 630. That seems pretty hard to do

In 1983 Tony Armas had 36 homers while hitting .218 with a .707 OPS. Closest guy I could think of as comparable off the top of my head.

I went back and looked up Gorman Thomas' OPS and was shocked at how high it was during his time with the Brewers (except for 1983).

Stormin' Gorman walked a lot. Walks were anathema to Tony Armas.

Why Curtiss?? The dude seems to pitch every game since he's been here and gives up runs every time too.

Because relievers can’t pitch more than one inning ever
