I think that I outta get charged with an error in the first inning?

I had a ball hit at me which I thought would bounce off the ground a bit more but it died out and went under my glove. That sucked. Sorry.

Two batters later I fielded a ball hit to my right that then bounced more than I thought it would and I basically caught it with my ribs. I still have a big ol' red mark about the size of a softball.

-I used to have a neat-o signature, but it got erased.

Don't sweat it. You've had a solid season.. an off game is bound to happen. I think maybe that leadoff spot is jinxed, to be honest....

I'm pretty sure in the bottom of the 4th, nullbyte was in LC for that relay play that got the runner out at 3rd base.

 

That was a nice play by the way guys. Saved my butt considering that was a ball I should have gotten to and caught.

My worst game of the year...0-3 with an error. I sucked.

 

Way better than my Steve Sax/Rick Ankiel impersonation. I'll try to clear my head for next week.

So I have been lingering on this site for years. Usually checking the site up to ten times a day but I have to say the softball thread is really the one that finally motivated me to post.

 

This thread is great and as someone that has played on a bad softball team i find the recaps absolutly hilarious. The best part about them is that they are so serious. It reminds of some great summers.
