Nice to see them bounce back & have a dominant win over a team they should beat.

With how tough the schedule is from here on out they're going to need to take care of business in these kind of games down the stretch.

Bucks so far tonight 22-22 from the free throw line. Giannis 10-10.

Giannis finished 14-14. The best part of it is the Bucks were hitting 100%...then the scrubs came in and their deep backup rookie PG Wiggington misses 3 of 4. LOL.

I'll say this: Jevon Carter may not be able to hit the broadside of a barn from the floor BUT his defense is incredible on the Pick action. He is amazing fighting over the screen. AND, his FT's are butter. Literal butter. Beautiful looking FT's tonight...

That's all I got.

I watched the Bucks against the Nets and was impressed by this pressure D. I'm imagining that against Chris Paul on full court press...

Absolutely. A lot to like with what Bembry and Carter are bringing defensively. We absolutely need that intensity and, well, we just haven't had it for a majority of the season. Our defense, minus the Brook Maester, has been woeful.

Hopefully, and this is really just hope, George Hill can get healthy; Pat comes back; Wes doesn't fall apart; and we get the Bonus Round of a fully healthy Brook Lopez.

What a game. Down double digits as late as the 5 minute mark. Defense wasn't the crispest but came through in the end and saved by a last second score by Jrue!

Jrue quiets my fears. He had an incredibly poised night. I question why we weren't trapping the perimeter earlier but, hey, a win is a win. I can't stand the Heat and 'Heat Culture' nonsense. Great win.

What is ‘Heat Culture?’

Is that just a way of saying we won 3 championships because the Pistons drafted Darko Milicic instead of Dwayne Wade, the Lakers traded Shaq for a package centered around Lamar Odom, and LeBron couldn’t win a championship without 2 other All Stars?

Granted the Suns were short handed, but nice to see Middleton come out with a big game & then put them away down the stretch to close it out.

Now up to 22-6 with the Giannis / Khris / Jrue / Bobby / Grayson starting lineup.

Absolutely. They are playing better basketball when it matters. This bodes well in the Post-Season. Clutch moments are what matters. Not the runs that inevitably happen throughout quarters 1-4. The 3rd quarter foibles are obviously a concern. Their defensive drop off once the Starters are off the court obviously a concern. With BroLo working his way back, one hopes they are trending in a meaningful direction with the final parts of the regular season upon us.

I would also say, it was nice to see Ibaka show he has something in the Tank. We could reallllly use some more glimpses of that.

Giannis with 39 points in just 28 minutes & on only 19 shots (including 4-4 from three) to boot.

Pretty crazy that he's putting up numbers right in line with his MVP seasons to relatively little fanfare compared to Jokic/Embiid.

Giannis MVP1: 30.9 PER | .644 TS% | .292 WS/48

Giannis MVP2: 31.9 PER | .619 TS% | .278 WS/48

Giannis 21/22: 32.0 PER | .627 TS% | .288 WS/48

I think everyone is just used to Giannis being this dang amazing at this point.

One thing I have noticed is that Giannis seems to protect his body MUCH better than he used to. You don't see him hitting the floor all of the time like he used to. We are seeing prime Giannis and it will be awesome to see how far he can carry us.

The Bucks are up to #2 in the Eastern Conference standings. I’m glad to see them clicking at the right time (I was skeptical). Now my concern biggest concern is them matching up with Brooklyn in the first round.

Golden State on Saturday will be a good test, but I think they will luck out with Draymond Green being unavailable.

I'd love to get Lopez and Connaughton back in the next couple of weeks to give them some games to get up to speed.

Indeed. Brook is traveling with the team on their Western road trip upcoming. He continues to ramp up 5 v 5. I think he might just start building up his legs and game shape here by month's end.

Bucks have a four game road trip 3/12 to 3/19 before coming back to MKE for a pair of games on 3/22 and 3/24.

If Brook is ready for those home games that would give him about ten games to ramp up for the playoffs.

Think they said 6-8 weeks for Connaughton & it has been about 4 weeks at this point so might only be a couple two tree RS games left before the playoffs by the time he is ready to go.

nice to see Lopez out there again.
