I know it's cliche to complain about, but listening to ARod really does annoy me. I might have to go for a little drive and listen on the radio for half of it.

Tonight’s ESPN broadcast team is Matt Vasgersian providing commentary with analyst Eduardo Perez and reporter Buster Olney. A-Rod is back in the booth next Sunday night.

Not just “at Night” anymore.

A few odd stats.

Brewers are last in the NL in BA at .223

4th in NL in HBP at 62

3rd in NL in walks at 381

7th in NL in runs per game at 4.42.

3rd in what I like to call offensive efficiency with .604 runs per hit. 5th best in all of MLB.

Brewers are stacking LHHs with 5 lefty hitters in the top 6 of tonight’s lineup. Lynn does have fairly big platoon splits for both his career (.754 OPS vs. .635 OPS) and this season (.617 OPS vs .498 OPS)

Urias is not in the lineup tonight and Jose Ramirez sat out of the Indians game. Is that the kind of thing that gets rumors started?
Note: If I raise something as a POSSIBILITY that does not mean that I EXPECT it to happen.

It really is time to get Bradley out of lineup permanently.

Putting Bradley in the lineup and sitting Garcia against a very tough RHP doesn’t upset me.

When will Yelich be dropped in the order?

Ever?

I mean OB would suggest he be up there. I'd be just fine with him leading off or batting 2nd as he is this game. He doesn't slug enough to be 3 or 4 anymore imo. Plus he seems to still be capable at stealing bases.

Can see why Lynn has a sub 2 ERA if he gets calls like that.

I wonder if the call would have been any different if Wong had stayed put and waited to be awarded the bb instead of busting out of the box. Seems like any time a player takes off on anything remotely close on ball 4, the ump rings him up. Like it's an ego thing or something.
