Not sure this is the best place to ask, but since I've seen him mentioned on several of the longer lists, anyone know why Daniel Guilarte isn't on any of the rosters? I know he was close in the pre-signing rankings to Barrios and Mendez, but I didn't include him because I wasn't sure if the signing had fallen through.

Listed as signed on January 15th, but that's it for the 6'0" RH-hitting shortstop.
