If i was counsell I would strongly advise the team to win this game today

They have a tough series coming up

So different than the "You guys can go ahead and lose this one" gameplan from yesterday?

Yes. They didnt want to upstage the bucks :laughing

Brewers have Deer District Flu

I was about to be upset about Keller looking like Cy Young but while he's having a bad season this year he doesn't look nearly as bad when looking at past seasons. He's certainly had a better career than Lauer. Still frustrating to struggle with him so far on a down season.

BA stated that Dozier should have let that ball roll out if he wasn't going to make the throw anyways. Not sure I agree with that. I think Dozier was thinking grab it while it's foul and don't let it roll back to fair territory. It was pretty close.

On Wong’s bunt I was looking for Dozier to sweep the ball off the line like the Mets pitcher (Walker) did the other day. On the replays it looked like the ball was completely foul briefly, but then took just enough of a turn to the right to kiss the line.

Anyway, nice to turn that break into two more runs. Now it’s up to the B Team bullpen to cover a few innings.

Note: If I raise something as a POSSIBILITY that does not mean that I EXPECT it to happen.

It really does feel like Yelich is seeing the ball differently last few days.

He’s had 4 or 5 ABs where he has driven the ball, but keep mixing in a few K’s and weak pop ups to left and grounders to the right side. Baby steps.

BA keeps reiterating that there is no benefit of grabbing a foul ball. Wrong - Dozier just waited a hair too long and touched it as it just hit the line again. If he would have grabbed it a split second earlier there would have been a clear benefit.
