Ernesto Martinez hits for the cycle and Carolina keeps it rolling...
A 6'6" 229lb who can play CF (normally 1b/DH), is 20-22 in SB, and has an 857 OPS. What do we have here?

This is what Fangraphs had to say in the mid season update:

Martinez has a perfect baseball frame and elite, majestic raw power, and he also has one of the weirder, most dysfunctional swings in the minors.
Sounds intriguing and disappointing at the same time.

After yet another excruciating loss in Game One today (2-1), I'm guessing Andy Otero gets the start for Biloxi in their second game of the day:

1 - Mitchell - DH

2 - Longo - LF

3 - Fry - C

4 - Palma - RF

5 - Spanberger - 1B

6 - Castro - 2B

7 - G. Garcia - 3B

8 - Devanney - SS

9 - Aguilar - CF

X - Otero - P

Payton Henry returned after being away briefly on a personal matter.

He's always reminded me of Ruben Sierra. Just a ton of moving parts and then violence at impact.
