2021 ECF. Bucks vs Hawks: UPDATE - - - BUCKS IN SIX

DuWayne Steurer

Here are some more comments from the host of the show.

"Host Molly Qerim Rose then joined in saying, "you know what I just thought about, which is actually kind of funny? The only two times, the one time I didn't go to the Super Bowl was Minnesota, and this is the first year - I'm not sure what our plans are for First Take - but I don't think we're going, Max and I, we'll see."

"And it's going to be terrible cities. I mean, good karma for me on that end," Rose stated."

I'm not one to usually get into things like this. But, that was pretty unprofessional and just made them appear smug and feeling superior and too good to come to a place like Milwaukee or some of the other cities as well. I found it to be not just insulting, but in a mean way as well. I haven't watched the show in years and don't really have the chance now anyway other than youtube clips at times, However, won't ever bother with that now as well. Shows like there's is one of the reason I watched less and less of ESPN programming over the years to begin with.

If I’m Giannis, I boycott any sort of ESPN interview until they issue an apology for the comments made about the city of Milwaukee. Or any city for that matter. It’s just so uncalled for and it’s no wonder no one watches that trash network anymore. A bunch of buffoons.

I think I missed something here. What did they say?

ESPN has always been coast centric, but if the Bucks make it to the finals, I think I'll actually join Twitter just to get that nonsense of a clip more and more attention.

What a joke

Meh. Wish they could hit a jumper tonight.

I mean... if they wanna dunk all over the Hawks tonight, I'm good with that.

Right. It was a nice quarter. It would just be a double digit lead if they were hitting their shots.

I don't watch a ton of NBA (lots of college hoops and international competition), but Atlanta sure looks like a team that's really going to have to scrap to stay close. Bucks look a lot better on both ends of the floor.

Seems like Huerter is really going to have to shoot for them to be in it. Young will get his, but between the offensive glass and the Bucks' ability to score inside, it looks to me like any win by Atlanta will be either a squeaker where the Bucks shoot poorly or a game where the Hawks get hot. Bucks looked just okay in that half, and ATL had to really fight to stay in it.

Shaq was right when he said the Bucks look like they’re playing a regular season game. Don’t let inferior opponents hang around.
"This is a very simple game. You throw the ball, you catch the ball, you hit the ball. Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose, sometimes it rains." Think about that for a while.

I thought we might get their best punch tonight and it looks like we are. I am not too worried even if we end up dropping this. I think we'll pull it out, but if they have to score 120-130 to beat us, we're OK. And we have like 50 points in the paint. I just think we'll burn them out.

It's not even really their best punch, though. They've missed a ton of open 3s tonight.

Trae Young making the Bucks look pretty foolish.
