There's no chance of getting DDV back at any point, is there?

There was a quick shot of him sitting in a wheelchair with his casted leg elevated during the game yesterday so I'm thinking not.

Pshh, that doesn't sound so serious.

He just needs to walk it off.

I like the matchup of Jrue guarding Trae Young better than having to face Embiid. Plus the Bucks can get lazy on defense and Ben Simmons' activity would really hurt. I think Philadelphia wins this game, though.

TBD is Atlanta...they'll have to win in Milwaukee to win this series.

Atlanta is a very good team...but anything less than an NBA Finals appearance for the Bucks would be a failure right now.

The Hawks complementary players remind me a lot of the Raps a couple years ago, which is a little unnerving on the surface. We should win, but I still have to see it to believe it with this team.

Neither of the Sixers or Nets even making their conference final is rather shocking.

I guess I kinda thought Philly was something of a paper tiger all year. I never thought the Bucks would get by Brooklyn once they were a lower seed. But I had several friends who thought Atlanta would win this series. I thought Philly would out-talent them but Atlanta played well...but I don't think they can do that to the Bucks 4x.

Sixers are the Packers of the NBA. Pretty on paper.

Huh? Last year at this time, the defense was considered middling and the offense lacked a true #2 and a top TE. Packers also got to the NFC Championship the last two years. Philly last two included out in first and 2nd round. Rodgers also actually won a championship.

This series is a huge mismatch on paper. If the Sixers were even remotely competent they would have beaten the Hawks in 6 or less. Did you know Ben Simmons attempted 3 shots in the 4th quarter in the entire Hawks series? He made all 3 :laughing

The Hawks will take one of their two home games but that's it. The Bucks will wrap this up in 5. This is a Hawks team that won two games against Philly shooting under 40%. That will not cut it against Milwaukee.

Simmons likely played his way out of Philly if they are able to get rid of him which might be tough. That Doc Rivers presser was pretty bad when he was asked about him.

And yeah, I think the series is a huge mismatch, but Atlanta is talented and seems to be really developing in the playoffs. I think they probably get 2 games just on fumes.

I suggested that the 76ers trade Simmons before the season started. I think the 76ers missed their chance to get max value for Simmons in a trade.

I think if Sam Hinkie had been allowed to finish what he started, he would have been jettisoned a while ago.

Atlanta gets to the line a lot. The nice thing about this matchup is that the Bucks don't foul much - they are best in the NBA at FT/FGA. And surprisingly the Hawks don't shoot a ton of threes.
