Lots of goodness but also a mixed bag in this game, Keston Hiura's hit streak ended, as you just read, but he did walk twice. Unfortunately, his slide at the plate came up a bit short here (video).

 

Jamie Westbrook (oh, my!) and Hernan Perez with big games. If they were flipped with Jace Peterson and Daniel Robertson at the big league level -- hmmm...

 

Clean defense here, but the 3-for-19 RISP?

 

You have to love the Bowden Francis progression, a lights-out effort by Aaron Ashby (as you can read here), the sneaky good impressions Jake Cousins continues to make, and yes, a nice outing for 40-man-still Bobby Wahl.
