If Keston can't figure out his strikeouts, I hope he's looking for a more permanent residence in Nashville. Still WAY too high of a K rate.

Pre-Game Media Notes

Sounds Fall in Gwinnett, Drop Fourth Straight

Jamie Westbrook Collects Four of Nashville’s 13 Hits

Outhit your opponent by 7, lose by 6...

Jamie Westbrook only turns 26 tomorrow (Friday) - .336/.408/.492 at two levels this year

RHP Thomas Jankins allowed four runs in five innings and his ERA fell from 11.05 to 10.33. Needless to say, it's been a tough go.

VIDEO: Jason Kipnis takes Jankins out

Orlando Arcia and his .943 AAA OPS batting 3rd, Jonathan Lucroy batting 5th.

Oh Keston, if only your MLB season hadn't gone so sour --

Pre-Game Media Notes

Shuckers Shutout By Trash Pandas

Biloxi K’d 16 Times in Defeat

By Garrett Greene/Biloxi Shuckers

It appears this year that the "gap in the system" is at the AA level. No fun typing that, these guys are battling every night, it's just not a very deep roster.

VIDEO via WAAY: Game highlights from the home team perspective (at least Brice Turang makes a nice leaping grab)

LHP Nick Bennett and RHP Matt Hardy pitched fine, only victims of the three solo home runs. You can see those here, here, and here.

If you're into pain (or futility), the 14 K's from the Trash Panda starting pitcher are montage'd here.

Via Garrett Greene's Media Notes above:

Castro Busts Out: Luis Castro snapped an 0-for-27 streak on Tuesday night, going 3-for-4, HR, RBI, K... It was his first three-hit game of the season... During Castro’s 2019 Cal League Co-MVP season, the first baseman had 15 three-hit games and one four-hit outing.

Castro would go 0-for-4 with three K's Wednesday.

Payton Henry's nice Tuesday (he would add two singles Wednesday)
