Detroit is coming off a successful series sweep of the Yankees, but today is a bullpen game for the Tigers. With Burnes on the mound for the Milwaukee it appears to be a fairly big advantage for the Brewers, at least on paper.
Not just “at Night” anymore.

The Brewers offense has scored 4 runs or more 9 times in their last 13 games. They’ve won 8 of those 13 games. They’ve already begun winning games in this stretch. Need it to continue. Winning something like 17 out of the next 25 would great.
"This is a very simple game. You throw the ball, you catch the ball, you hit the ball. Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose, sometimes it rains." Think about that for a while.

Tigers announced that LHP Tyler Alexander (0-0, 4.35 ERA) will start today vs. Milwaukee. Still an advantage for the Brewers.

Reportedly hiura is mad that woodruff’s era is lower than his batting average, he’s aiming to close that gap today. Not sure if that should be in blue or not..

I assume Hiura would be even madder if his BA was lower than Woodruff’s ERA.

What he should be more embarrassed about is that his BA is even lower than JBJ, who at least contributes in the field.

The Brewers have won 7 of their last 9 games.

And to think ... less than 48 hours ago, someone "called it like it was" that this team sucks.

It's almost as if major league baseball seasons have ups and downs!

The brewers record is probably better than they actually are. Peralta, burnes and woodruff will probably fall back some but their hitters can definitely offset that as they have been historically bad

The good thing about Milwaukee is that the positions that could really help improve this team are probably the easiest to find. Productive third base first base and middle relievers

This is a a massive two months. They really play a ton of winnable series. They can’t tread water. The nationals sweep was a great start

The unknown factor is the brewers sure like their injuries. Let’s hope they can sustain their health for an extended period of time

Gotta sweep the weaker teams like the Tigers to get back to the top of the division.

That’s probably what the Yankees said going into Detroit.

The Brewers performance so far against lesser teams like the Twins, Royals, Pirates, Phillies, and Marlins has not been great.

It looked pretty good against the Nationals

Now that's just bad luck.

You have to hold your breath every time Urias makes a throw, even when the slowest runners in MLB are chugging down the line dragging a piano.

Tigers getting more hits than I was expecting against Burnes. Was hoping to maybe see a no-hitter today. Would just be happy with a win though!

Burnes last 4 or 5 starts have not been up to the standard of his first few.
