Why must we always get screwed when it’s clearly out, but there is no evidence...yet they will call it out. Every time we are on the other end it’s safe because there is no actual evidence to be 111110% sure.

Wonder who would be considered the last really good throwing outfielder the Brewers had?

There's really no one that jumps out at me since Car Go.

Braun actually had a good arm. Usually didn't get to the ball quickly enough so the throw was meaningful though. :laughing

There is absolutely no consistency in what is clear and obvious.

yes there is....Every Brewers replay goes against us, even when evidence is clear it shouldn't. Every opponents' replay goes in their favor even when it's clear that it shouldn't.

One of these frustrating games where it seems like the Crew hit balls hard all game and are tied...1-1.

Yeah, this is one where the Cardinals should feel like they stole one if they pull it out. The Brewers haven’t been world beaters offensively tonight, but they’ve been good enough that they should probably have more than one run.

Not just “at Night” anymore.

Still trying to figure out why blocking home isn’t allowed, but someone can block 2B like that. That’s just stupid. Taylor was going to be out, break a finger, or be out and break a finger.

If he goes in feet first, probably won’t have to worry about him trying to block the base again anytime soon.

As whoever the announcer is (EDIT: and about ten people before me) said, all it takes is a few feet-first slides to upset this calculus really quickly. Of course, the arbiters of all that is good and right with the game are the opponents in this series, so you know this would end in blood, unfortunately.

Who my is Urias hitting in the middle of the order? Punch and Judy hitter is tailor made for the 8 hole.

We have a lot of hitters that are tailor made for the 8 hole. Unfortunately they cannot all be there.

So you can’t block home plate but you can block other bases. Makes sense.

You can also slide late with your spikes ankle high the next time that fielder is near the base, which will likely happen this series.
