Righties Nottingham at first, Taylor in CF and Reyes at third against L Kim?

Big Dan V has been hot lately, but the Sheriff has better #s vs Ls

Shaw's and Reyes' wRC+ #s are only 4 points different over the last 7 days.

Taylor has been feasting on Ls this year (.444)

I have Peralta on a few fantasy teams.

If I start him, he will get shelled.

If I sit him, he'll go 6 innings, 2 hits 1 run, 9 K's.

I'll take one for the team and bench him today.

Release him for the no hitter. :)

I just traded him after his last start. Typically that means he'll be on no-hit watch.

No Garcia in tonight's lineup. Odd considering the lefty on the mound and how hot he's been. I wonder if he's nursing something?

Pre-planned day off.

According to the day off schedule made 2 weeks ago, it's his day off.

A key tonight might be how Freddy Peralta is able to handle Paul Goldschmidt. Previously Freddy has faced him 6 times, and Goldy is 4-for-5 with 2 home runs and a walk in those plate appearances.
Not just “at Night” anymore.

I know it's hard to change your approach, and, generally, the launch angle apprpach works. But, yeah, that doesn't mean it's good in every instance all the time. I think way too many players are applying a blanket mindset where a fine-tuned one would be much better.

Those shots to the middle of the chest can be dangerous.

If it hits just wrong it can stop the heart.

Brewers had a lower level prospect that that happened to a couple years ago. Thankfully, I believe he survived and made a full recovery.
