What will happen with Aaron Rodgers?

I agree with most everybody else. It is the only way both sides can get out of this without losing face. Personally, I have had enough of Rodgers. I don't care if they trade him other than I hope they get a boatload. I don't care if he retires. Then I won't have to listen to the whining. I don't think he will ever play on his current contract.

Rodgers gets a re-worked contract with guarantees beyond 2021 and Love is traded sometime between now and next year's draft.

There hasn't been much coming from his lips about all of this. A lot of it is innuendo and second hand opinions from "journalists" and teammates. Until I hear something definitive from the horse's mouth I'm not going to put much stock into any of these 'stories'.

Until Love actually plays in a preseason game and shows anything he isn't going anywhere. I can't see another club's GM forking over much for this kid until then.

Yep ... absolutely zero reason to trade him right now.

Rodgers retires, only then does Gutekunst get fired, then Rodgers returns for 2nd half of season.

That would seem to be the worst of all options. Rodgers confirms he is a tool at that point.

Rodgers has done a lot for the Packers. I think they will give him his second super bowl ring by trading him to Tampa Bay where he can back up Brady.
