Bring Peterson back up and send Hiura down.

He might be hurt actually. I don't even remember anymore.

Yep. Corey Ray and Chad Sobotka are literally the only two on the roster who could be called up. Everyone else is hurt.

Getting to the show and not being able to throw strikes must be a tough pill to swallow after your opportunity comes and goes.
"This is a very simple game. You throw the ball, you catch the ball, you hit the ball. Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose, sometimes it rains." Think about that for a while.

This is why I would have reversed Rassmussen and Hader. No way Rassmuessen is going to get out of this inning without a run. Let him start a clean inning and give Hader the jam. I guess 9th inning is all Josh is contracted to pitch.

I’m going to keep telling myself that accepting a series split under the circumstances is just fine...really, it’s just fine...

Well with Burnes out we left it all out there tonight so tomorrow seems like stretch. We need to get our lineup healthy

Bottom of the order too but I'm not sure I'd trust with Rasmussen with a clean inning even in that scenario.

Me just now: Wait, how did the Dodgers score?

Me right after I thought that: Oh yeah, Rob Manfred is an idiot.

I like this rule, but it shouldn’t happen till the 12th inning. The fool here is who put Rasmussen into a close game. He should be your long reliever in a blowout, or in the minors

If I start hearing at the deadline talk I'm going to flip. I hope Stearns isn't going to wait that long. This team needs a major league first baseman bat to drive in a few runs. The division is so weak. How bad do you want it?
