Man it would be nuts to get these first two games, hope they pull it out.

I have a feeling if Narv had just played it cool and slowly walked back to 1B on that play he'd have got away with it.

Feel like this is going to take ar least 4 for the Crew to win tonight. Hope I'm wrong.

Agree, I don’t think this one’s going to end 2-1. With it being a Dodgers bullpen day you’d hope they could get a couple more runs on the board.

It was crazy that Angel Hernandez never even saw Narvaez’s turn or bothered to look at him, he just reacted to the fact that he saw Narvaez diving back towards the first base bag.

Also, Mike Petriello mentioned that he thought Angel Hernandez had “sorta called timeout” after the ball was fielded off the side wall. I missed that and didn’t go back to watch it yet, did anyone else notice that?

He definitely called timeout. While the ball was live. It was weird.

Probably try to get 6 outs from Suter so as to only have to use 1 of JP/DW/Hader?

Maybe Freddy has another out or two in him?

I was wondering the same thing about JP/DW/Hader. I don't think we've had the opportunity to try it two nights in a row.

Yes, you can see Hernandez put both arms up facing towards home plate with Narvaez behind him. Not the most egregious example, but more of Hernandez being in the Bottom 3 of umpires in MLB.

I’d love to see that because it looks like he’s rolling right now, but he’s at 91 pitches and his season high so far is 93. He’s hit 100+ pitches 3 times in his career, but 2 of those were back in 2018.
